Ballpark – A Daily Estimation Game About Scale

Ballpark is a daily estimation game about understanding scale. Each round asks you to place a number on a slider — not to recall a fact exactly, but to judge roughly how large or small something is in the real world.

The questions span science, geography, sports, culture, economics, and everyday life. You might estimate the height of a landmark, the population of a country, how often something happens, or how many of something exist. The goal isn’t perfect accuracy — it’s calibration. Over time you develop an intuition for magnitudes.

There are no multiple-choice answers and no tricks. After you guess, the real value appears and your distance becomes your score. Close counts. A new set of questions appears each day. Most games take about one minute to play.
